You will receive your shipment within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. Need it faster? Rush orders can occasionally be accommodated. Please email us at order@munkeybaby.com before ordering to request a rush order, there will be additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

APOs

Please note that APOs will take longer to process than other addresses. Thanks for your consideration.

Returns

You can send back your Munkey Mat within 30 days of receipt (see your packing slip for final return date). We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition.

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay by credit card without signing up. If interested in sending a check or money order, please call ahead before ordering.
